General Contest Rules KHTK contest participants must be 18 years of age or older. Contestants can win prizes valued at $75 or more once every thirty days; and prizes valued at $600 or more once per six months.
Cash winners must wait sixty days before playing another cash contest.
Prizes must be picked up at the KHTK studios at 5244 Madison Avenue during business hours within thirty days of winning; All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All cash winnings will be mailed within thirty days.
All Winners are responsible for all taxes and incidental costs associated with prizes.
All KHTK contest winners consent for KHTK to use their name and their voice on the air.
Prizes cannot be substituted, however in the event a prize is not available within the thirty-day period, KHTK may offer a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. NO purchase necessary.
Employees and families of KHTK, CBS Radio and other radio stations are not eligible to play KHTK contests. Certain contests may have additional rules that supplement these basic contest rules.
KHTK reserves the right to revise these rules at anytime without prior notice with the revision to be in effect once announced on air.
